Author John Schu visited Lindeneau Elementary School to speak with students about The One and Only Ivan, this year's One Book, One School selection. With enthusiasm and warmth, he engaged students in discussions about the story’s themes, characters, and the power of books to inspire empathy and imagination. In addition to his engaging presentation, John generously handed out books to students and took the time to personally sign a copy for each fifth grader, creating a memorable and meaningful experience for all.
